Adjustments such as what, Main Mixture? Idle Speed?

Main Mixture adjustments I usually seat the needle valve and screw it out about 1½ turns. After the engine is warmed up, I run it at full speed and screw out the mixture screw until the engine starts running rough, then I screw it back in until it smooths out. Then I put the engine at Idle speed and crack the throttle all the way open. If the engine picks up speed without sputtering, then I have the mixture set properly.
