I've got a 12.5HP Briggs Powerbuilt vertical shaft engine in a lawn tractor. It ran great for years up until the other day. After shutting it off for a moment to empty the grass catcher the engine wouldn't restart. I could tell by the way it was cranking that something was wrong. I pulled the head and found the intake valve seat had popped out of the block and had jammed the valve in the open position. What's the correct repair for this? Pressing it back in seems like just giving it another opportunity to pop out again shortly thereafter.
