First, be careful. The intake/exhaust casting breaks very easy right at the top.

I would soak it a while in penetrating oil, put the casting in a vice carefully & try a pipe wrench. If that didn't work, I would cut off the pipe anbout 1/4" long, then take a hack saw and sick it through the pipe & saw almost through the threads in 2 or 3 spots. Then use a punch to collapse the pipe inward. It sounds complicated but it is really very easy. That is usually what I end up doing.
