I have a Wisconsin Engine Model TRA 12 D that was running fine. After running about 60 minutes, on my Bolens tractor ,pushing snow, I shut it off, and within 3 minutes tried to restart it. Upon trying to restart it, it turned over twice, and just sat right up tight. I took the drive belts to the shaft that drives the rearend of the tractor off, and the engine still was set up, thinking maybe the rear end drives was set up and not allowing the engine to turn over, not the case. The engine IS set up. Has anyone ever experienced an engine setting up that fast?? It was, and still is full of oil, has never been ran without oil. Any Ideas as to what broke would be much appreciated. Thank You, Ed. Miller
