The brass nozzle will have a very tiny hole that is probably plugged up. There will be 2 holes, you need to find the small one, it's the size of a "tag wire".
Probably not the coil but there are 2 different kinds of 12V coils, with or without resistor. You need a coil with resistor. A coil without resistor will work sometimes and sometimes not. They will drive you crazy trying to figure out whats wrong with your engine.
