Hello, I just took in a 12hp Tecumseh model HH120 (old cast iron engine) pretty similar to a kohler K-series engine. But anyway, I got it run (by using a automotive type ignition coil, and cleaned the carb. It runs, but wont idle, and wont run without partial choke.any idea? could it possibly be the automotive coil that could have something to do with it? or a faulty gasket? I'd like ideas before I dig in and replace parts with no success
