It is hooked to an air compressor. The compressor and engine are on an iron wheeled wagon that looks like it could be from the 20's. The location is desert so the environment is right for it still to be around. It is on ebay under wisconsin engines. The engine is a flat head type and the head is divided into two sections like a few modern air cooled disel engines.
