Value depends upon condition and location. Normally, it will cost more to ship than it's worth, and if it's worn out, it would cost at least $400. to properly rebuild. You should seek a local buyer, either through an engine shop or maybe a "Antique Power Show". Sight unseen, I wouldn't go over $50., but then I have no need for that engine.
